A Workshop on Education Quality
In its continuous effort to instill a culture of quality and active participation, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design hosted a pivotal awareness workshop titled “Student Participation in Surveys and Improving Education Quality”. The workshop focused on transforming the student’s role from a “service recipient” to a “genuine partner” in academic decision-making and curriculum development.
The session addressed the strategic importance of Academic Surveys as a tool for measuring teaching effectiveness and enhancing the learning environment based on data-driven decisions. Speakers highlighted how student feedback is analyzed and utilized as a benchmark to reinforce strengths and address improvement opportunities. The organizers emphasized that student transparency in providing feedback is the true fuel for achieving academic excellence, stressing that the student’s voice is the mirror reflecting the aspirations of the next generation of creators in art and design.
