Prof. Johan Karlander in a Visit to the Computer Engineering Department

In the light of the visit of the KTH Royal Institute of Technology to the faculty of Engineering, Associate Prof. Johan Karlander, one of the KTH faculty members who is specialized in Computer Science, paid a two-day visit to the Computer Engineering Department on 4-5 March 2019 where he gave two lectures on Game Theory and how to employ logical thinking technique in converting games into PC applications. Associate Prof. Johan Karlander also provided an example of logical thinking technique that could be applied in games like Tic-tac-toe. He also spoke about the rules of Tic-tac-toe and how it can be converted into an online game and delivered to users through programming. The second lecture, delivered by Associate Prof. Johan Karlander, was about “Programming Correctness” where the students were apprised of how to check programmes as well as find and fix programming errors.
