Course objectives :
The aim is to enable students assess the implications of globalization on countries, firms, and communities, develop an environmental foundation of international management, analyze major developments and issues in various regions of the world, identify the major dimensions of culture relevant to work settings and discuss their effect on behavior in an international environment, examine some of the major ethical issues and problems confronting MNCs in selected countries and identify the major strategies that are currently taking place in the international organizations as well as analyzing and managing foreign modes of entry
