Course objectives :

By the end of the course, students will: • Intellectual Skills: – Differentiate between analog and digital components and systems – Solve problems related to different number systems – Practice boolean logic algebra and different logic circuits’ simplification via postulates and Karnaugh map – Implement combinational logic gates and applications – Introduce concepts of flip flops and their different types and applications – Acquire registers and counters types and applications • Practical Skills: – Simulate logic circuits – Use lab tools to practice logic circuits design
