The faculty of Legal Studies and International Relations announces holding a training course for the faculty’s graduates (class 2018) who apply to public prosecution. This is held on 26 March and 2 April, 2019. Graduates will be trained on the style of the written exam set by the Ministry of Justice as a prerequisite for employment in public prosecution. This training course will be given by Prof. Alaa Abdel Rabou, the Head of the Criminal Law Department and Mr. Salah El Din Refaat, a Prosecutor at the Cassation Prosecution. The course will give an overview of the general rules of the criminal procedures, along with providing examples of legal case studies to examine and provide solutions for them. The course will also discuss the Special Part of the Criminal Law (crimes against public interest and those of individuals) and tackle the cases related to these crimes.
