Pharos Dental Clinics:

Pharos Dental Clinics have six clinics (student clinics & House Officer clinic), in addition to postgraduate clinic, outpatient clinic, dental implant clinic and operating room equipped with all modern medical equipment and equipment.these clinics provide therapeutic service annually to more than sixty thousand patients free of charge in various branches of dentistry, these service include Conservative Treatment, Filling, Fixed, Removable Prostheses, Scaling, Root Planning, Pediatric and Minor surgery, these services done under supervision of highly qualified dental professors, these Practical Programs Prepare the Pharos Dental Student to be strong competitors in Labor Markets.

Our special program for the final year student called CCC (Comprehensive Clinical Case) which include Complete Oral and Dental Rehabilitation of clinical case under supervision of Dental Staff.the CCC include most or all dental branches like (surgery, Periodontology, Endodontic, Restorative, Filling, Removable, Crown and Bridge).

Pharos Dental Clinics serve more than one thousand new patients visit these clinics every month, out Patient Clinics provide high quality service with suitable price, the treatment service providers are staff member, the treatment services include orthodontic implants in addition to ordinary dental treatment in last year more than one thousand out patients were served, and more than (179) implants were done with 100% success rate.

Dental Clinics Society roles:

Pharos Dental Faculty organize many visits to rural areas, schools and hospitals to increase people awareness about dental care and provide treatment to some of them.Dental Clinics organize lectures and workshops about Infection Control Measurements for Students and Employers with the help of staff members and give them hepatitis B virus vaccine. Dental Clinics increase patients about dental care measurements by distributing brochures and Diagrams about dental care.

Administrative role of Clinics management:

  • Organizing the admission and exit of patients to clinics according to the schedule set by Faculty administration.
  • Registration of patients in the database on the electronic program of clinics.
  • Provide cases to students and distribute them in collaboration with faculty.
  • Contribute to the organization of work within the clinic through a dedicated administrative supervisor in collaboration with members of the nursing staff.
