In order to achieve the Center’s objectives ,it provides the students all available resources at the University of Pharos coefficient of linguistic modern labs, lecture halls, classes, studio radio, theater, and the means of various educational, as well as qualified teachers in the disciplines required, and other potential allows the center to provide activities for the language of scholars support study:
The Main Lecture hall:
The main hall is fully equipped with the latest technological developments of digital projectors and audio-visual equipment, wireless internet access.

Language Labs
The university gives its students the chance to learn several foreign languages such as: English, French, German,Chinese and Spanish by means of organizing periodical training courses at the specialized labs inside the Faculty of Language and Translation building. The faculty labs are all connected to the internet and equipped with numerous audiovisual educational materials.

Student Theater
The student theatre hall has been established to host different events and ceremonies and accommodates up to 500 guests.

Radio studio at the Faculty of Mass Communications:
Faculty of Mass communication cooperate with Arabic Language Centre to provide all the potential of the existing radio studio they have put this potential at the service of supporting activities for language learning, where students are trained in diction and record their voices and then allow them to hear themselves to improve their skills.

Library:
Provide students with the theoretical latest books and versions in different languages and in the forefront of the Arabic language as well as dictionaries and monolingual dictionaries or bilingual.

Students with Special Needs
PUA provides additional services and facilities where students with special needs are, in specific cases, allowed to reside in the university’s dorms (when available) for their entire study period at PUA.
Facilities for wheel-chair disabilities include:
- Ramp access to buildings.
- Wide door elevators.
- Flexible classroom designs.
