Dr. Shadia Abd Alsalam Elshafie

 

A professor at the College of Tourism and Hotels, Alexandria University, Hotels Management Department . Currently acting as The Dean at College of Tourism and Hotels, Pharos University.

A specialist in Food Quality Safety Management . Where she gained an   experience regarding, HACCP and EFNEP programs during training program at the University of Maryland, College Park, USA.  Dr. Shadia was an active member of the European Program to Support Higher Education (TEMPS). She was supervisor the and coordinator of the Standard of Social participation and Community Development as well as participation in establishing a regulation for College and Vocational Education.
