PUA International Relations Department invites the PUA Faculty, research professionals and qualifying members to join the IBM Academic Initiative to keep up with the latest technologies and reap the benefits of open source. Membership of the IBM Academic Initiative allows getting no-charge access to hardware, full-version software, professionally developed courseware, tools, training, books, and discounts. Membership is granted on an individual basis. There is no limit on the number of members from PUA that can join. Membership in the IBM Academic Initiative is the best way to ensure that you have the latest technology and tools to use in your curricula and research, while supporting the culture of open standards throughout the industry. Members get access to a wider range of assets for themselves and their students and can build collaborative partnerships with IBM and other institutions in the open source community. Members can also benefit of the Open Courseware Exchange, where they can share their courseware with others, and link to other courseware and teaching materials.
